Delete your entire account

1. In the BiosCoach app, open Settings → Delete account, or email support from the address on your account.
2. If you email, write support@bioscoach.ai with the subject line: "Delete my BiosCoach account".
3. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.
4. You may disconnect wearables in Settings before or after your request.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can ask us to remove specific data while keeping your BiosCoach account.

1. Email support@bioscoach.ai from the address on your BiosCoach account.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete my BiosCoach data".
3. Tell us which data to remove (for example: workout logs, meal logs, biometric history, or wearable connection data).
4. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days. Your account can stay active.

Data we delete

• Account email, profile, and preferences
• Training and meal logs, prescriptions, and assessments
• Biometric snapshots and readiness history stored by BiosCoach
• Wearable connection tokens we store for Oura/Terra sync

Data we may keep

• Information we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations (typically minimal billing or audit records, if any).
• Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you, if present.
