Agreement

These terms govern your use of BiosCoach on the web at https://bioscoach.ai and in the BiosCoach iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

BiosCoach is a performance and sports-nutrition coaching product. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Training, recovery, and nutrition guidance is educational. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, illness, or other health condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BiosCoach. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, schedule, and biometric information you provide.

Your account

You must keep your login credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You may create an account with email and password or by using Sign in with Apple or Google. You may request deletion of your account at any time from Settings in the app, from the account deletion page, or by emailing support.

Trials and membership

Access may be provided through a trial, an invite or promo code, or a paid membership. Paid memberships are billed through bioscoach.ai (or the payment processor we use on the web), not through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase system, unless we later say otherwise in the app.

Trials and promo access may end or change. If paid access lapses, we may limit or end use of the coaching service until membership is restored.

Coaching, prescriptions, and AI

Daily training and nutrition prescriptions are generated from your profile, schedule, logs, and (when connected) wearable data. The coach chat may use automated language models. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for how you train, eat, and recover.

Wearables and device permissions

If you connect Apple Health, Health Connect, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor, or a bike trainer, you authorize BiosCoach to use the data you allow for coaching. You can disconnect devices in Settings. We do not receive your wearable account password.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other athletes’ accounts, scrape or reverse engineer the product beyond what the law allows, or use BiosCoach to provide medical care to others.

Intellectual property

BiosCoach, including the app, website, prescriptions, videos, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own training. You may not copy, resell, or republish the product as your own.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for injuries, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of BiosCoach, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

Changes and contact
